• As per industry standard, customers are responsible for returning merchandise to us. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned products. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

• We reserves the right to void any auction with typographical errors. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any auctions placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

• BUYER shall inspect the equipment upon delivery of package. If buyer deems equipment packaging to be damaged it is the BUYER s responsibility to photograph the package and notify us immediately. Buyer must notify seller of any defects or non-conformity whatsoever in the equipment within 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Failure of BUYER to so notify us shall constitute an acceptance of the Equipment and waiver of all defects and/or nonconformity in the Equipment.

• In case of damages due to shipping, buyer decides whether to keep or return the equipment within 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. No return will be accepted after the shipper (UPS or FedEx) conduct the inspection.

• All sold as is items does not carry and warranties, no refunds or refunds will be issued.

• We are charged by eBay for: Listing Fee and Final Value Fee. If a winning bidder refuses to pay, negative feedback will be recorded. We will also file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert to eBay to get back Final Value Fee. Please be aware that you will be suspended by eBay after three Non-Paying Bidder Alerts.
