All purchases with a cleared payment by 2.00PM are posted that same day Mon-Fri. except for bank holidays.
Our delivery costs are free or competitively low with many items and sent by Royal Mail.
A guaranteed next day special delivery option is also available at eBay checkout at the time of paying at extra cost.
We obtain proof of postage for every delivery and do have a claims procedure for lost or delayed items. Part of our customer service is to process this claim for you. We do guarantee every customer will receive their item or a full refund
