5 PREFORMED 100% fine wool felt FILTER pads, 5 Filler Valve Seals, dab of silicone o-ring grease, lighter schematics (PARTS DIAGRAM)
and step by step INSTRUCTIONS (best available anywhere).
I now include 5 stainless steel needle valve spacers!
The purpose of the needle valve spacer is to hold the needle valve in its proper position in the chamber. It also protects the top surface of the valve which is brass from the bottom steel edge of the flame control fulcrum (#28) which exerts constant pressure on the valve from above. The dunhill lighter schematics show 2 spacers on the needle valve shaft while most rollagases are found to only have one. Sometimes 2 are necessary to prevent leaks and to control the gas flow to tame the flame! My spacers are made from stainless steel and will not rust or corrode like the original. I find lighters usually need only one of these new spacers and perform better than the original.
Also included is a safety pin to assist removal of your old o-rings.
