CARE:
 
Machine washable or hand wash (max. 40°). Wash inside out, iron inside out at medium temperature. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
  • We are happy to offer postage discount for multiple items. To qualify for this offer, all items must be paid at the same time. Please contact us before making payment to request final invoice. Please note, if you pay for your items before contacting us for invoice, we won't be able to offer any refunds. 
  • We post items Monday to Friday via Royal Mail. 

Returns Policy

  • Please return your item within 14 days from the date of the purchase.
  • If top is too small, does not fit or you changed your mind, please return item to us and once we got it, we will process refund of item cost minus P&P charges. You also pay costs for returning item to us. We accept returned item in the same condition as purchased i.e. brand new, unused, unwashed, unworn, in original packaging for a refund to be processed. 
  • If we have sent wrong colour or size, we will refund full cost of the item or replace it and pay return postage and delivery charges. 
  • When returning item, we strongly advise you to use recorded postage as we cannot be responsible for any parcels that get lost during shipping to us.
