I DON'T KNOW THE MATERIAL CONTENT BUT IT FEELS LIKE A COTTON/POLYESTER BLEND.
I PUT THIS RIBBON ON SALE BECAUSE IT IS MADE IN CHINA. THIS IS A GOOD RIBBON BUT JUST NOT AS THICK AS MOST RIBBONS.
A large majority of my ribbons are discontinued prints & have been out of production for a while meaning what I have listed is all that I am able to get.
