About the Lenses
Pilot TheraSpecs have FL-41 lenses to reduce the light that can trigger pain or worsen symptoms of health conditions. TheraSpecs block as much as 25 times more blue light than other glasses sold for blue light. They provide relief for people with:
- Migraine and other headache disorders
- Post-concussion syndrome and TBI
- Sensitivity to fluorescent lighting and LEDs
- Eye fatigue and strain from screens on computers, devices, and TVs
- Other causes of light sensitivity and photophobia
Choose from 3 lens options:
- INDOOR LENSES are great for wearing near artificial light (including fluorescents and LEDs); when working or looking at screens on computers, devices or TVs; and outdoors on overcast days. They are non-polarized.
- OUTDOOR LENSES are polarized and 100% UVA/UVB blocking. They reduce glare and are great for wearing outside in bright sunlight.
- COMBO SET includes two pairs of TheraSpecs: one pair of indoor TheraSpecs and one pair of outdoor TheraSpecs. You save $30 over buying each style individually.
About the Style
Pilot TheraSpecs offer a timeless style with fantastic protection from light. This aviator frame is extremely lightweight and includes curved lenses to protect your eyes from light from all sides. It can be ordered with one of three different color finishes (gold, silver, and matte black), and it has silicone nose pads and spring hinges to reduce the pressure points on your face and head. And the metal nose bridge allows you to widen or narrow the frame for a perfect fit.
