Return Policy:
1. Please e-mail us with photos or videos to show the item problem if there is any, once we have received the email, we will contact you to arrange the return details.
2. Customers who purchase items want to change mind, please kindly read the following returning details:
- Please read and agree with the return policy before purchasing the item.
- As to return, please kindly understand that the product must be unopened and imperfect re-salable condition; please CONTACT US and provide photos

- We would need to charge 20% of the total purchase price as to cover up the restocking and laboring fee if the item is dispatched and returned by you;

- The period of 14 days is calculated from the date the item is dispatched. Any item exceeds 14 days, we do not except refund or exchange.
- The refund would be processed after the item is received by our warehouse staff, which is confirmed to be unopened and in good condition
- It would be at the buyer's own cost to return the unwanted item. We will also deduct the cost for shipping the item to you.
- If the item you would like to return is an unwanted gift from other eBay buyer, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's account.
- Consumables cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective of receipt. For example: Hi-power Bulb, etc.
3. The refund will be done through Papal within 3 working days after we receive the item and it will be transferred to the original account only.
