CANCELLATION, RETURN and REFUND POLICY

Please make sure you read our policy on cancellation, return and refund carefully.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your purchase you should message before noon (12:00 pm) of the day the item is dispatched. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

RETURN & REFUND 

We will issue a full refund and pay the return postage fee if a mistake is made from our side i.e. wrong size or colour, item does not match the descriptions... 

Under any other circumstances following terms & conditions are applied:
 
- Return requests should be made within 14 days of receiving the item. 
- Items returned should be in the same condition as it was sent to the client.
- Return postage fee should be paid by client.
- As the postage fee is included in our prices, refund is subject to deduction of postage fee.
