This is a central HVAC vent assembly assembly from a 2008 Smart Fortwo. It should fit all 451-generation Smart Fortwos up to the 2015 (US) model year, but compare the photos with the part you're replacing. The part is in good cosmetic condition except for the paint inside the vents, which does not appear to have been applied very well. The vents move up and down smoothly and the shutters open and close well.
