No chips or hairlines - outer gilt very good

Slight discolour on green ground and raised gilt scrolling.

The piece appears to be titled  Chingford Church Green Essex on the reverse in hand applied script

Impressed Flight Barr and Barr stamp.

Hand painting is very good quality and n very good condition
