PAYMENTS METHODS
We accept PayPal and direct deposits. All our bank details will be
available at the checkout. Please include your eBay ID when paying via bank
deposit. Please note that some banks take up to four working days to clear
funds and this may delay delivery of your goods, as we are will dispatch your
item only once payment is cleared.
TERMS
By bidding on our listings you are agreeing to our terms and conditions
including our shipping and returns policies. Payment is to be made within 7
days of purchase, unless arranged otherwise. Photographs contained in our

SHIPPING
Goods will be posted within 24-48 hours of payment being received. We
send daily Monday to Friday , items purchased on Friday afternoon will be
posted on Monday morning. We ship via Australia Post. Please note that we will
ship your item to PayPal address. It is your responsibilities
ensure your PayPal address is current and correct. Additional postage and
handling fees will be charged for any item that is returned to us as
uncollected or undelivered. We will happily combine multiple items into a single
shipping price. When you have finished shopping, please contact us to have it
arranged.
POSTAGE TIMES DOMESTIC
Delivery time will vary depending on your location and usually is
between 2-7 working days within Australia. 99.9% of our parcels are delivered
within this time, but sometimes transit time can take up to 6 weeks and this is
entirely out of our control. If you require your item urgently, we highly
encourage you to use express post checkout. If delivery takes more than 21 days
please contact us ASAP. If no-one is available to take delivery
of parcel, Australia Post will leave a card so you can pick it up from your
local Post Office.
REMOTE AREAS
Delivery to remote areas takes longer. Please contact us for estimate of
delivery time to your area. Regular post to Christmas Island can take up to 3
months or longer. Please choose express post at the checkout as this will take
only a week.
REGULAR POSTAL SERVICE (SIGNATURE AND TRACKING)
When you select regular postage your item is sent with Australia Post
e-Parcel. You will receive dispatch confirmation email with tracking number.
Signature is required on delivery.
EXPRESS POST
If your address is within Express Post network you should be receiving
your item the next day or two. You will receive dispatch confirmation
email with tracking number. Signature is required on delivery.
INSURANCE
Both regular and express post e-parcels are not insured. You can insure
your items at additional cost, $1.20 for each $100, after purchase contact us
if you wish to have insurance added. You can insure your items at additional
cost, contact us for this service. Under no circumstances we
will be liable for loss in transit if you do not choose insured postage.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Your item will be posted via registered post (signature is required,
insurance is included). Delivery time frame differs for each country. It can
take between 3-21 working days. But for some country it is even 6
weeks. Important message for Russian Federation buyers you must allow 6-8
weeks for Russian delivery due to customs & security delays at
Moscow airport. Your package may arrive sooner, but there is no guarantee, you
may need to wait two months. We combined shipping and total shipping price will
be based on the weight of all items. Please contact us for detailed shipping
cost to your country. Import duties, taxes and charges arenot
included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the
buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do
not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts".
RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
FAULTY ITEMS
Items genuinely faulty on arrival will be exchanged within 3 days of
receipt. You may be required to initially pay for return shipping costs.
Reimbursement of the shipping costs will be arranged once we receive the item.
If item is out of stock, refund will be made.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive item different from what you selected please contact us
immediately for exchange.
CHANGE OF MIND
Postage costs are not refundable and it is the buyer's responsibility to
send the item back to us at own expense within 7 days of receipt. Items which
are being returned for an exchange or refund must be in the original, unused
condition with all packaging.
FREE POSTAGE LISTING RETURNS
Packaging and Handling of $10 administration fee will be deducted from
the final refunded amount. For example final price was $200 your refund will be
$190.
