Q: What services need to be activated when using V8/V8S?

A: Choose SIM card with GSM network and activate GPRS data & caller ID display function. Pls turn off the function of SIM card’s PIN code.

In China, the device can work with China Mobile and China Unicom, but China Telecom is not suitable for the device.

Q: what will happen if the pin code of the sim card hasn’t been turned off.

A: It may cause device crash, fail to charge or switch on, etc.

Q: There isn’t any reply when sending message to bind master number, why?

A: 1. Check the device whether has been inserted SIM card or not, the sim card inserted correct or not, and the card has telephone charge or not.

2. The command must same as the user menu showed. All command use in lowercase letters, without any blank space and ended up by “#”.

Q: What’s the difference between V8S&V8?

A: V8S has S button for silent help mode.
