We issue refunds on request, after items is returned to us in an undamaged condition.

Traditional cap with essentially mid-east European origin. Cap is made of skin friendly materials: soft high quality wool, visor is made of natural brown leather, lining is made of viscose to keep good breathability, sweatband is made of natural leather. It also a decorative belt and 2 dark oxidized finish buttons.

Get a flexible tape measure. Measure around your head exactly where the hat will sit - just above top of ears, above eyebrows, make tape lying on your occipital bone (that little bump in the middle of the back of your head).Don't pull the tape too tightly or your hat will fit that tightly.
If your head size falls between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size of the two.
