The aim is to strive to provide Quality Products to our customers and make sure to give the best Customer Service so if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us and leave us a message through E Bay Messages and we will try to reply as fast as possible. We are normally Open from Mon-Fridays (9am- 6pm) we may occasionally answer on the weekend but this is not always possible. We also ask if you could give us a 5 Star Rating for each category when giving feedback to us which will ensure we can keep on giving are items at affordable prices. If you have any problems please contact us ASAP and we will help you with your problem!

 Dispatch Time:

We aim to dispatch all the items within 1 Working day of receiving the payment. They are sent via Royal Mail (courier) UK post normally takes 1-3 Working days to arrive. International post can take up to 10 Working Days to arrive but generally takes 3-5 Working days. Combined postage Discount is Given.

Payment:

The only Payment method we accept is via Pay-pal.

 Return and Exchange:

You are more than welcome to return your purchase for any reason for a Refund or Exchange. Refunds must be within 14 days of delivery in the exact same condition in which they were sent. Before returning the items please contact us through E Bay Messages and state the purchase and the reason.  When returning the item Please try to include the invoice paper inside the package or if not your E Bay ID which will help us to speed up the return process.  For the refund we will only refund the item cost the postage cost will be excluded. We will only refund delivery cost if the items are faulty.

If you would like to exchange your item then you would have to return the item back to us and we will give you a refund once we receive the item which again excludes the postage cost and then you may re purchase the correct item.
