Placing an order

Please email your full personalisation details to our email address.

You will get the email details for sending your information in the eBay order confirmation email when you order and pay for your item.

If you miss your eBay order email please send an ebay message and we can send you the email details via ebay messages

Please include your eBay user ID in your email

Please include a fully the information you would like to appear on your invitation

A sample copy will then be emailed back to you for approval / alterations - please look out for this email. It may take a few days during busy periods to get this inital design emailed to you. We work with you until your 100% happy with your final proof.

Please always check your design carefully before authorising printing of the invitation.

Delivery...

Once approved the order will be processed and dispatched usually the next working day. We offer free standard delivery (2-5 working days). We also offer first class delivery and next day delivery for urgent orders
