We process your orders quickly and efficiently, most of the time on the same day where orderes are placed before 12 noon and the items are in stock. We will notify you by email should there be a delay. All our items are sent Second Class Standard unless request another kind of postage. If ordering for next day delivery, for next day delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon on the day before you want them to be delivered.

We only accept paypal for all our orders. I am sorry we no longer acept cheques.

Our 30 day return policy is subject to prompt action and the item(s) being returned in the same condition as when dispatched and in the original packaging, clothing must be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached and original packaging. Any item that has been dispatched for a period of 30 days or more will not be accepted for return. If you receive damaged or faulty product(s), we will exchange if in stock (we issue a refund only if the product(s) are not in stock). This will be done when the product(s) is received back to us. Where a return applies, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is returned safely and you should obtain proof of postage. Buyers are responsible for cost of any item returned. This returns policy does not affect your manufacturers warranty on items where applicable. Please initiate any returns in the first instance through Ebays returns option. When returning any item you must include the following, the purchase details - item description - reason for return (please be specific eg if size is wrong what size should it be and what size do you think it is) - Buyer ID - Email address. We issue a refund including our sellers standard rate of postage only, we will not refund any special or next day delivery costs. Items returned for any reason other than faulty will be refunded for the item only (no postage). For hygiene we do not accept returns for personal items such as underwear or wigs or body jewellery. Many of our items are made from delicate fabrics, we therefore recommend that all items are dry cleaned no matter what the item label states, we will not accept returns for faulty items that have been washed.
