My Pet tags are 100% made in the uk by me from the machining of the Aluminium to the printing process.

Tags are printed by sublimation printing using the highest quality commercial grade inks. The design's and personalization is permanently printed on Both sides of the tag - not a Sticker or Vinyl.

Shipping is normally made within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Although ROYAL MAIL state you have to wait 14 working days before you can class the item as lost/not receive. If it has been 14 WORKING days please contact me for replacement/refund.

I am in the UK and shipping internationally can take anything from 5 to 45 working days, depending on where you are in the world. All of my items are sent via a NON EXPEDITED shipping service. Please contact me if it has been over 4 weeks and your order has still not arrived. If you wish for a order to arrive quicker please contact me BEFORE ordering as there is an additional charge.

IS THERE TRACKING?

I choose not to include in UK so I can keep the postage free and I find it doesn't really prevent anything from going missing. If you would like to pay extra for tracking please contact me before placing an order.
