Please complete payment within 3 days of winning the auction. We only accept PayPal.
We will ship to your PayPal shipping address. If you would like the item to be shipped to a different address, please contact us prior to bidding.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are hassle-free with Dotor Auto. You can return your item within 14 days, no questions asked. Please be advised that the item needs to be in its original packaging, unused and with the original receipt.
Please note that if you do not collect your package and it gets returned to us, we will have to either charge you for the second shipping or refund you deducting the amount of your original shipment.
COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
All our items come with a 1 year warranty. You will need to present your purchase receipt/invoice in order to get your warranty honored.
WHEN YOU ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE
Please check your package thoroughly before signing for it. If there is any transport defect you need to refuse the package and fill a claim with the courier/post company and notify us. If there is a hidden defect that was unnoticeable please contact us in order to solve the problem.

We ship our items by post. Shipping times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 3-7 business days. Shipments below £15 are sent untracked, via post. Shipments above £15 are sent tracked via UPS/DHL.
Continental Europe: 3-7 business days. Rural areas or islands can take more.
Australia: 7-14 business days
New Zealand: 7-14 business days
Americas: 7-14 business days
