We always ship the next working day after payment has been received.
For UK residents estimated times:
1st class Royal Mail is 1-3 working days
2nd class Royal Mail is 3-5 working days
(Please be aware that Royal Mail DO NOT consider a parcel to be missing until 15 working days has elapsed). Please allow this time to elapse before taking any actions. 
Please note they are just the estimated delivery times for most of the mails, not guaranteed delivery times. Sometimes it may take longer depending on Royal Mail's processing speed and it is completely out of our control (for example before Christmas, Bank HOL...). Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 working days (2 weeks). We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace your item until 15 working days after the dispatch date. We will be really appreciated for your understanding.

RETURN POLICY:
Should you wish to cancel and return your products, you may do so up to 30 days after receipt, but products must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them. Please NOTE that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer and these costs will not be refunded. Products must be returned using the signed for delivery service so that there is formal tracking information. Failure to do this will result in invalidation of the claim. Please let us know by email before you posting (returning) an item to us. Please enclose a note with the returning details: your eBay user ID, your full name and a reason for return. Refunds will only be given after the product(s) are returned, and in the same condition as they were dispatched.
