      Ready to Hang: 
      Our canvas prints are already perfectly stretched on wooden frame and READY TO HANG unless stated ROLLED UP in the size option. 

      Rolled Up (Only 40" x 30" and 30" x 40" sizes): 
      It comes rolled up in a shipping tube. Not ready to hang. Mirroring borders will be added to the actual picture. You will receive the canvas bigger than actual size which is stated in the size option because of the mirrorings. When you stretched the canvas, you will need mirroring borders. We suggest you use up to 1.5" thick (Depth) stretcher bars for the best result. 

      Canvas Mirrored Border: 
      All the products have mirroring Edges. The image does not wrap around the stretcher bars. We can keep all image on the front of the canvas. The end result is a trim, contemporary look that keeps your original image in full view. A portion of your image will be mirrored or reflected over the sides.

      Your order will be shipped within 72 hours once payment cleared from CA.
      During holiday or weekend would be longer than the regular days.
      We take your PayPal address as the shipping address, please make sure your shipping address is the same as your PayPal.

      RETURN POLICY

      Please note that due to all of our items MADE TO ORDER, all returns there will be a 20% restocking fee withheld from your final amount if the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned with the original box and bubble wrap (if the item has). The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unstained and unaltered in any way.

      Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence, if we receive the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, the buyer will responsible for 50% restocking fee withheld from the final amount. After we receive your package our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s). 

       

      We don`t accept returns of CUSTOM MADE items.

       

       

      We accept returns for a full refund unless your pieces arrive damaged or the wrong size or artwork. Please contact us and send a picture showing the problem, we can work towards a return or exchange.

       

      If the item sends to wrong address due to buyer’s fault or buyer requests to change the address after item has shipped out, we are not responsible for replacing the item. If the item returns to us due to wrong address information, a buyer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.

       

      All Returning inquiries must be submitted within 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY to warrant a return/replacement/refund.
