This stem is in relatively good condition. I would guess this was a late 90's, which lines up with a lot of other parts that were part of this lot. There are slight marks from use, one dent on the bottom right of the lower arm. This looks to be relatively clean and in good condition. We don't know much on the history of this other than it sat in an abandoned bike shop for at least 15 years before it was donated to us by the property owners

About Lucky Bikes

Lucky Bikes Re-Cyclery is a non profit bicycle thrift shop and youth development program and part of Trips For Kids Denver Metro.

We strive to empower at-risk and disadvantaged youth, using the bicycle as a tool to foster positive life skills, healthy youth development, and sense of fun and adventure. We do this through the following programs:

Ride Program. Organized mountain and urban bike rides that introduce youth to mountain biking, expanding their horizons and developing confidence.
Earn-a-Bike. A structured STEM based curriculum where youth learn the princicples of how a bike works and how to maintain them. Upon completion, youth earn their own bicycle, helmet and lock.
Youth at Work. Providing workforce development where youth learn career and leadership skills by working in our bike shop and by helping us lead and teach in our programs

Outside of listing, processing and shipping costs, all proceeds from the sale of items go directly to support the mission of developing the lives of youth through cycling.
