We post with Australia Post using a Registered Service for all our order. Signature and Photo Identification matching name and address on package is required to collect items from Australia Post.

Your purchase will be sent securely by wrapping the box in black packaging to conceal the contents of the package or it will be sent in a plain brown box.

We can delivery to any Street Addresses, PO Box and Business Addresses throughout all Australia.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays and your purchase will be posted the after 1 business day from payment.

If you are not at home for delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card in your mail box and the package will be held securely for collection at your local Post Office including Saturday Mornings.

There is no cost charged for the return or inspection of a faulty product, which makes your returns easy and no fuss, regardless to the cause of fault. Note:
Please read the warranty terms carefully.

Warranty covers all manufacturing defects up to one year. Most manufacturing defects are found after the tools have been used within a few months.

If required, return of a faulty product not covered by warranty back to customer is charged from $29 within Australia.

Warranty exclusions applicable to Makita, DeWalt, Milwaukee & Hitachi;

1. Normal wear 2. Exceeded tool capability 3. Abuse / Mishandling 4. Lack of care 5. Lack of maintenance 6. Inappropriate use 7. Tampering 8. Using Non-Genuine Batteries* 9. Charging Genuine batteries with a Non-Genuine Charger^

*Non-genuine batteries are missing the manufactures propriety battery electronics that communicate with the tool to prevent motor damage.
^Non-genuine battery chargers incorrectly charge the battery and are missing the capability to communicate with the battery electronics for correct charging.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect us to process your refund within 2 business days after the item has been recieved and inspected by us. PayPal processing and bank transfer generally willl take a futher 2 business days until the refund is in your account.

Returns due to change of mind attract a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Returns will only be accept if the item is unused and in original condition.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
