ABOUT US. We are a full retail and mail order stamp dealer located in Vancouver, Washington. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
COMBINED SHIPPING. If you want to save on shipping, please wait for us to send you a final invoice with all your purchases combined.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS. Please note that the amount paid may appear on the envelope. Any customs fees or charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you purchase a stamp or cover under $50 that will fit in a #10 envelope, and are willing to accept responsibility in case of loss, we will ship your item(s) for a flat rate of $3.00. Please request an invoice and we will adjust the shipping charges.
HANDLING TIME. Orders will normally ship within 1 day from receipt of payment. Orders on Friday 1:00 PM through Sunday will be shipped the following business day (Monday).

Only 510 of these were printed (17 sheets) and they sold out very quickly. They were available for hunters to purchase and place on their hunting licenses. Although referred to as a Junior Duck Stamp, they technically are not as they are valid for regular hunting licenses. The artist is the Arizona winning artist of the Junior Duck Stamp contest. Regardless how you want to call it, there are not too many of this stamp around.
This State Duck Stamp has F-VF or better centering and is Never Hinged. This is a stock photo representative of the stamp you will receive.
