Please make sure it's apple bumper bar check photo to compare as pear ones different.

This will make your bumper bar as good as new. 

Bit of wiggling an pulling to get foam on but takes 5 mins, rip old foam off. 

Apply some washing up liquid inside new foams an they wiggle on, once on they will stretch into place.

Cheaper option rather than purchasing a whole new bumper bar.
