Devils Claw is a plant from Southern and Eastern Africa. Use NoBute to attain and
maintain healthy joints, etc, while avoiding the debilitating effects.
It
acts as an anti-inflammatory and painkiller with no known side effects. It will
take the place of Phenylbutazone, up to 1.5 sachets per day.
Some
older arthritic horses and ponies may be put on Bute
to be used continuously; this could cause possible liver damage, so NoBute is a
good safe alternative to use in place of long term Phenylbutazone.
NoBute
made by The Animal Health Co is the original, and is totally water
based and is a non tincture, which would contain alcohol. Therefore long term
use of NoBute is safe.
Providing
a loaded dose is used initially and the product is established in the system
you can increase or lower the dose easily which you cannot do with powder based
products.
NoBute is very palatable for equines and will not put them off feeding.
NoBute
is useful when the ground is hard and horses may not be lame but are “feeling
the hard going”.
NoBute is also suitable for dogs, particularly older dogs with stiffness in their joints and general mobility problems.
