Please note: These lighters are of an excellent build quality and function exactly the same as a certain famous flip top lighter brand. However, the chrome finish on these Star brand lighters (whilst good) is not quite the mirror quality standard found on the MUCH more expensive famous brand.

Sending Us Your Message
Never email your engraving messages to us directly, our spam filters may mark your message as spam and delete it.
Please use the ebay messaging system and we will match your message with your order when you make a purchase.

Spell Checking
We will spell check your message and may make some minor changes to ensure your message is grammatically correct and as aesthetically pleasing as possible, within the confines of the font you have chosen.

Special Characters
Capital letters, full stops, commas, " & / - and other symbols may be added or taken away

Message Layout
We may need to decide how your messages are laid out. Sometimes a combination of the item, wording of the message and the font chosen doesn't work as you may expect. You can be confident that our experienced engravers, who are also designers, will ensure that your customised item is laid out the best way possible.

Spelling of Names
There are several ways to spell some names, therefore we will not change the spelling of any names.

Obscure Words and Spelling
If you require something spelling obscurely, for instance some jokes only work when they are spelt a certain way, then please tell us "do not correct spelling"
