Payments

We accept PayPal for all orders. If you wish to purchase through any other method please contact us through eBay messages.  Payment is required within 3 days of your purchase.

Postage

Our dispatches are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and we aim to dispatch same-day or guaranteed within 1 working day of your order.

Please be aware that Royal Mail expected delivery times are only a guide. Whilst they are normally delivered within this period, Royal Mail standard delivery items may take up to 15 working days.

Returns

WE OFFER A PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE: If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your BUY IT NOW purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long the items are received back within 14 days of your delivery and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied.

If you do wish to return a product, please open a returns case through eBay where full instructions are provided. Refunds do not include postage cost for the return. Please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Please contact us through eBay, phone or email if there is anything you are not satisfied with. We will do our best to find a suitable solution, be it a refund or exchange.
