Returns

Returns and exchanges can be made within a 14-day period with a 10% restocking fee unless a valid reason is given.

Shipping

Shipping within Canada and the United States is available free no matter the location.

Shipments in Southern Ontario and Southern Quebec will be shipped through Purolator Express with a guaranteed 1 business day delivery time.

Shipments in the rest of Canada will be shipped through either Purolator Ground or Canada Posted Expedited parcel which can range from 3-7 business days depending on location.

Shipments within the Continental United States will be shipped with Purolator Ground U.S. and will take anywhere from 3-10 business days.

All shipments within the continental United States and Canada will be provided with a tracking number.

International customers should message me directly for shipping options.

Faster shipping options can be had at an additional cost.

Tax

Shipments outside of Canada will not be charged taxes by me although you may be subject to customs.

Shipments within Canada are not subject to customs but are taxed at the rate using the table below.
