You can pay for your purchases via the following methods.

All orders must be paid for with 4 days of purchase. Any unpaid orders after 4 days has elapsed will have an unpaid case automatically opened.
If you wish to cancel any purchases please advise and I can send an agree to cancel transaction.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

All items are available from our warehouse in Wolverhampton. Any orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched same day. Orders received after 2pm or over the weekend will be despatched next working day, we are unable to despatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Free standard delivery on all orders to the UK, this is not a guaranteed service, delivery can take up to 5 days but sometimes can be longer.

Upgrades to first class or express services are available on checkout if goods are required more urgently.

Most items will be sent via Royal Mail but we use various delivery and courier companies to deliver our goods.

Please note delivery times quoted by eBay are estimates and not guaranteed unless you select the express next working day courier service.

We do offer EU shipping at a rate of £16.95 for up to 2kg only. Due to the complex of variations in a listing shipping can sometimes be incorrect so please request total, if the parcel is over 2kg we will contact you regarding any extra charges.

In order to minimise any dissatisfaction, please order the sample quantities offered to see if colours, size of products etc suit your requirements.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, therefore in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, prior to leaving feedback and we will aim to resolve any issues.

If the product you receive is in any way damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us to arrange for a return, refund or replacement.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 60 days of receiving the items. Before you return something, you must notify us. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Please also retain a proof of delivery receipt and it is advisable for you to ensure the items are insured for the return shipment.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations, this excludes perishable goods eg food/confectionery, or items that have been measured/made to order/personalised.

Any goods returned should be in salable condition, and in their original sealed packaging.
