REFURBISHING PROCESS
This is how we refurbish the machines before it left our facility.
STEP ONE : EVALUATION

Our trained engineers thoroughly examine the machines. We fully inspect the electronic components and the mechanical assembly to identify any parts in need of replacement.

STEP TWO : BREAKDOWN

The machine's outer skins, belts, rollers, transports and imaging components are stripped off and worn elements are replaced with OEM parts. The controller, image, input and output modules are individually disassembled down to the frame. And we replaced parts that needed to be replaced.

STEP THREE : REMANUFACTURE

After a thorough cleaning, the engineers replace or refurbish every component. Dry ink, developer and other contaminates are removed from all workings of the machine. Our team diagnostically tests and replaces all disk drives, electronic circuit boards, user interfaces and other elements. All transport assemblies are re-built and belts are replaced. The electro-mechanical workings of the printer are reassembled and the printer is made ready for staging and testing.

STEP FOUR : TESTING

Full sys-gen and final diagnostic programs are run to insure operational integrity. Our engineers produce sample prints to guarantee the highest possible standards of operation. They examine print quality, software, laser calibration, font and feature installation.

STEP FIVE : SHIPMENT/PACKAGING

All Toner Copier employs logistics companies that specialize in shipping.  While in transit, your equipment is fully insured by All Toner Copier. Your new/refurbish  machine arrives at your data center in the same excellent condition it left our facility.


SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS


All Toner Copier offers 30-day parts warranty within US locations only.  All international sales are final - No refunds or returns allowed.

We will not be liable in any case the machine shows low performance or shows usual wear-and-tear after the warranty has expired.  It is important to note that warranty starts upon the receipt of the machine.  Should you require service within the 30-day warranty window, we can offer a remote diagnosis via video conference.

We highly suggest that you purchase a maintenance contract with a local copier service.  We offer service maintenance including labor, parts, preventive maintenance kits, and supplies within Southern California customers only.

Supplies such as toners, drums, and fusers are provided as-is.  Please note that these supplies are not included in the parts warranty stipulated herein.  Should you need 100% supplies, we offer these supplies for sale at additional cost.

All machines are non-refundable.

Item exchange will be accepted in the following circumstances only:

- The machine is delivered with in transit damage.  If upon inspection substantial damage is observed, customer has the right to refuse the receipt of an item.  It is recommended not to unpack damaged pallets or crates.

- The machine doesn’t match the invoice description.  Please check the make, model, and additional description indicated.



NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

The machine will be delivered to your driveway or curb outside the delivery address you provided upon purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the product inside.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Method - We ship any where in the world by Ocean Freight. With Ocean Freight, your order will be shipped to the ocean port closest to your address. If you require that we ship your order to your door, please specify that you would like a door to door rate.

Shipping Rates - We are happy to provide the lowest shipping rates possible to our international customers. For a shipping quote, please contact us and include your complete shipping address.


Additional Taxes & Charges - Import duties, taxes, charges, and customer broker fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

Shipping Time - Please be aware that while we ship out international orders in the time quoted, shipments may be delayed due to Customs/Clearance.

Customs & Clearance -  All international customers are also responsible for clearing customs upon receipt of their order. The customs tariff depends on the country you reside in. You can contact your local customs department to inquire about customs duties (tariffs) on copier machine imported from the United States. We cannot estimate customs duties, so please contact your local customs office.
