A beautiful retro, mid century item!

It appears to have never been used, 

still has a full memo pad inside.

The metal and plastic gadget is in the

original box, and in what appears to

be the original plastic bag inside 

 the box!  The case is 8" by 5" and 

1 & 1/2" deep.  The box states
