Handcrafted for a unique and exquisite spa feel in the comfort of your own home or patio / deck.  It's the perfect addition to your deck or patio, proving storage.  Constructed of environmentally sound cedar.  This bench is not only decorative but also functional as seating or for storage and organization. 

This item is shipped as fully assembled, all outside surfaces are sanded smooth, rounded edges on the top. Legs are not attached at time of shipment and easy to install with a few screws (supplied).

Latch: None but you can add your own latch if you want one.

Finish: Clear shellac on top and sides. Most of the photos show how this CedarChest appears with linseed oil finish, however, shellac brings out a brighter wood grain versus linseed oil which tends to turn cedar sort of orange-brown over time.  Two photos show how this item looks before and after finish is applied.  If you choice is for unfinished, send us a message at the time you place your order.  Some of you may want a darker stain finish on your Cedar Storage Bench and if so, then request this item as ''unfinished''

Construction; Top nomial thickness 1.25 solid thick cedar made from bonded 1 1/2" planks planed and smoothed. Sides are composeD of five cedar planks planed and smoothed to approximately 5/8 inch thick.  No plywood or chip board is used to make this Cedar Spa / Bench.

Finished Dimensions (inches): 30" long, 13" wide, 19" high.

Outdoor applications: This Cedar Spa Bench can withstand a bit of outdoor weather or a few hours of rain.  However, it is not made for leaving outdoors and subject to rain or snow over extended periods. If you are going to have it on your deck or patio, cover it or place it in a covered area to protect it from rain or snow.
