This design can be applied with a household iron or a heat press.

FOIL APPLICATION DIRECTIONS (Household Iron)

1.  Pre press garment for 7 seconds before applying transfer.
2. Set pressure at high.
3. Set temperature at 320~ 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Foil designs come with a silicone paper to go over the foil before printing.
5. Place design with shiny side facing you and cover with silicone paper.
6. Rub surface with eraser or cloth.
7. Allow to cool completely and remove cover sheet.
