For your consideration is a New Martha Stewart collapsible all weather fabric lamp shade. This shade is for use with outdoor floor lamp, but I used some in my home and they look great. This is from the 2005 "Victoria Collection" in a pale green color. The pictures of it on my lamp are lighter than the actual color. Please see measurements in the last photo.
