This is a very nice Swiper the fox talking plush from Dora the Explorer made by Fisher Price in 2001.  It is 10" tall with a 7" long tail. 

Condition I would say is VG-.  No rips or tears and it talks as it should. Some little spots of wear, discoloration, dirt, etc.  Nothing major, but will need a light cleaning.
