About the light up lid: The lid lights up as soon as the input jack
is inserted and stays on at all times. The top LED functions as normal
to indicate when the effect is in use. This feature makes it very easy
do distinguish your BOO Pedals on the dark stage as each pedal has it's
own coloured light and led (the lid and top led match in colour)
