All items are dispatched within 3 working days, however are usually dispatched earlier. We use a second class delivery service as standard, however you do have the option to upgrade to 1st class, tracked and next day services.
You are only charged once per order, not per item so please take advantage of our combined shipping.
International orders are charged depending on the location, you are charged £2 for each additional item,capped at £40 for orders within Europe. Please request an invoice if shipping is not combined automatically.
If for any reason you would like to return the item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and it must be sent to us within 14 days from the date received.
Please send us a message or return request. You can then send the item to our registered address including a note with your username and the return/exchange details.The goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resale-able condition. If the conditions are not met we will not be able to accept the return.
