The Oxford Vitality Multivitamin contains the following: Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, E, K2, D-Biotin and Folic Acid.

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that is the generic term for both Carotenoids and Retinol. Vitamin A Retinol is found in animals and products such as butter, whole milk and oily fish. Carotenoids, on the other hand, are sourced only from non-animal food sources such as broccoli, sweet potato and carrots. Carotenoids serve as a precursor to Retinol Vitamin A. Examples of Carotenoids include Beta-carotene, Lycopene and Lutein. Vitamin A supports normal metabolism of Iron and maintenance of the normal mucous membranes. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Although, its primary role is to assist in the maintenance of normal vision.

The B Vitamins are water-soluble vitamins. Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) contributes to the normal function of the heart. Foods rich in B1 include brown rice, yeast, pork and Brazil nuts. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) is responsible for maintaining normal skin health, vision, mucous membrane and for iron metabolism. As a result of this it contributes to red blood cell production. Food sources include kale, oily fish and yeast mushroom. Both Vitamins B1 and B2 are responsible for promoting normal energy metabolism for optimized physiological and nervous system function.

Vitamin B3 (Niacin) contributes to a reduction in fatigue and to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. This supports the overall function of the nervous system. Foods rich in Niacin include almonds, fish, lean red meat, turkey and chicken. Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue whilst assisting the normal mental performance. Foods rich in Vitamin B5 include broccoli, avocado, organ meats, cashew and peanuts. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is responsible for supporting the normal function of the body's nervous system and immune system. Foods rich in Vitamin B6 include tuna, egg yolk, pork, lentils and sunflower seeds. Vitamin B7 (D-biotin) assists normal macronutrient metabolism and is also linked with the production of normal healthy hair. Foods rich in Vitamin B7 include eggs, tomatoes, salmon and oats. Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) is responsible for contributing to the reduction of tiredness and contributes to the overall neurological and psychological functions of the body. Foods rich in Vitamin B12 include beef, organ meats and shellfish.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) is a water-soluble vitamin that is an important antioxidant that helps prevent damage to the body's DNA, lipids and protein. Vitamin C helps support normal function to the immune system, nervous system and plays a role in the reduction of fatigue. Foods rich in Vitamin C include broccoli, grapefruit, oranges, kale and strawberries.

Vitamin E is another powerful antioxidant that can also be sourced from corn and peanut oil, sunflower and sesame.

Vitamin K2 or MenaQuinone is produced in small quantities in the gut. Food sources include egg yolk, salami, chicken breast, and ground beef, soft and hard cheese.

Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) is rich in food sources such as fortified cereals, kidney beans, kale and spinach.
