1. Why can't I connect the device?

There are many factors to cause the connection problem, therefore please contact the seller for this problem, we will provide some instructions for testing the item depending on your situation.

2. I can't connect the Alexa or Google Assistant.

Please select the controller on the Inkbird app - details of the device. There are detailed instructions inside, please follow the steps.

3. How do add members to the Home Management?

Please go to Me - Home Management - Add members - add the account and set as administrator.

4. Could the (AH/AL)Alarm be stopped via APP?

The alarm cannot be turned off through the app. It can only be turned off by pressing the button on the ITC-308 WIFI or waiting for the temperature to rise above AL/ below AH temperature.

5. How do I download the Graph Data? 

Please download the Inkbird pro app. Data can be exported via a temperature trend chart.
