Customers can cancel orders within 14 days. The period begins from the moment the order is received. In cases of cancellation the customer must contact Powergrip Sport and follow the steps as directed. The customer has a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Upon actual return the purchase will be cancelled and the item costs will be refunded. The cost of the returned item(s) will be credited to the same card or PayPal account by which the payment was made. It is important to return the item(s) in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Delivery costs cannot be refunded.

Here at Powergrip Sport we pride ourselves on the fact that we sell quality products. It’s extremely important to us that you are always happy with your purchases so if there’s even the hint of a problem or a query with something you’ve ordered, our customer services team will always try and go above and beyond to sort everything out. We have yet to come across a problem we haven’t been able to solve. It is our aim to answer all customer queries within 24 hours. Though we have a break on weekends and Public Holidays, it’s not unheard of that we contact a concerned customer on a Sunday evening just to keep them in the loop.
