The award winning Humax FOXSAT-HDR Freesat+ HD Digital Box is a twin tuner 500gb hard drive receiver.

For use on the Freesat satellite television platform, this twin tuner receiver offers similar functionality to Sky+, without the subscription costs. By connecting two cables from your satellite dish to this PVR, you can record one channel whilst watching/recording or another; or even record two channels whilst playing back something you've previously recorded. Combing this with the Freesat EPG, setting up recordings couldn't be easier, just find the programme you want, press record, and that's it, no manual timers.

POSTAGE

Postal costs are applied only for UK mainland excluding NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND OR SCILLY, unless contacted before the auction and agree. This only applies to items sent by Parcelforce, CityLink and MyHermes. There is no surcharge if the item is being posted using Royal Mail. International EBAYERS please email us for postal costs prior to bidding (Unless relevant shipping rates are stated in listings). We don’t post anything outside EU, We use Royal Mail for delivery, depending on postage service someone may need to be in to sign for the item. Our postage fees cover the cost of shipping, admin and packaging materials.Proof of posting will be available.
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders to these addresses.

DELIVERY

All item we send are in good order when leaving our premises, any damage will therefore have been caused during the delivery process and will not be "our fault" When an item arrives by courier, please take a time to open it and confirm the goods are in good order before signing for them. If it is signed for and later found to be damaged NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE and we will not refund any money. Some drivers will not allow you to open the item to check it, if this happens sign your name with the word "UNCHECKED" next to it as then a claim can be made if damage is found later. If it is damaged, then sign for it as damaged and refuse delivery. If an item is not collected from the post office and the item is returned you will have to pay postage again.

WARRANTY

We guarantee these items to work on arrival as they are checked and packaged by us before listing and dispatch. We personally guarantee all purchases for 12 Months from the receipt of goods, should the goods not be as described, fail to work and have not been subject to misuse or abuse. If an item does prove faulty when it is received then a replacement will be sent out once we have received the item back and confirmed its faulty and confirmed the serial number and our security mark.(We must be contacted within 12 Months of you receiving the item). Our items may or may not come with a manufacturer’s warranty card, however it is totally down to the manufacturer if they honour this warranty

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item. When a parcel leaves us, it leaves in perfect condition, When received if there is any damage to the parcel or packaging this would have happened whilst in transit, So please take a time to inspect your parcel before signing for it as no claims can be made if you accept a damaged parcel and don't sign for it as damaged., If you don’t have time to inspect the item please sign for it as unchecked, In the unlikely event of a item being faulty, when returning to us please ensure you include the item number in with the parcel as well as a description of the fault and your return address, failure to do this will result in a delay in replacing the item.. We will not accept items back if they are not in their original packaging. If an item is sent back and found not to be faulty then a 10% re testing/listing fee will be charged, Under no circumstances will return postage be refunded. We will only issue a refund for a item if we can’t offer a exact replacement, refunds are for the final ebay price and not for the postage. All items are discreetly security marked and serials number noted to aid fraud prevention and any attempted fraud reported to the relevant authorities immediately.

Please always contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We will try to resolve all issues in best way however to protect our good name and achieved ebay rating, we will take legal action against any unfair, libellous or defamatory negative feedbacks.
