Awesome Factory Sealed 1999 Toy Biz Mario Kart 64. As usual with these the inner rubber band that went around the figure has broken loose inside the bubble. Doesn't affect anything I'm just being critical is all. Please view all pictures and ask any concerns before you purchase. Bubble is nice no dents/dings. Card shows minor shelf wear.
