EXPANSION VESSELS FOR DOMESTIC HOT WATER
The fixed membrane expansion vessels are destined to operate in heating installations and in closed circuit refrigeration system and allow the absorbing of the volume increases produced by the increase of the temperature of the heating fluid.
The purpose of an expansion vessel is to compensate for the increase in volume of water due to the varying water temperatures in hot water or heating systems. When water is heated it expands and as water is not compressible this increased volume will create a rise in pressure within the system.
Technical characteristics
The vessel is constructed with quality steels.welded by completely automatic homologated procedured in accordance with the current norms.Inside is mounted an impermeable and flexible membrane having great elasticity and a high temperature resistance.The outside protection consists of a primer and a finishing coat or a coat of powder paint.
