Shipping: 

Orders will mainly ship using USPS along with a tracking number.  In some cases, we will ship with UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on the size and bulk of the item while ensuring a smooth delivery process.

For higher priced items, we fully insure the items via registered or insured mail and we require signature confirmation for some items.  These packages usually take 3-7 business days unless there is a special circumstance in which we would notify the seller.  All items listed on Ebay are kept in stock to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  We do ship internationally through Ebay’s Global Shipping Center. 

Custom Fees:

International customers, please note that import duties, taxes, and surcharges are not included in the purchase price & shipping.  These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.  The seller cannot determine what these fees will be.

Payment: 

Currently, we are only accepting Paypal through our Ebay store.   Once you have bid on our item, you are obligated to purchase the item .  For precious metal items, regardless of price fluctuations, once you have bid on our item, the prices are locked in and we require payment within 3 days of the purchase.  On the other hand, we will not cancel your order once it is locked in and paid for.

Return:
