Refunds
given only if item is defective on arrive (DOA) and cannot be replaced.
If item found DOA, item must be reported within 7 days and return to us
within 14 days from the delivery date for exchange, buyers are
responsible on returned shipping cost at first. Refund will be made when
the return arrived.

We will replace the defective items, provided that they are in stock within the warranty period.
The buyer return the original item at his/her own shipping cost.
