Motorcycle Road and Race Ltd are a UK based motorcycle parts and accessories supplier who have been trading since 2004. Everything we list on Ebay is in stock and ready for dispatch. 

Payment by Paypal is preferred. 

If you have ordered something by mistake please contact us as soon as possible. 

Ebay feedback will automatically be applied once you have left feedback for us. This way we know you have received your order to your satisfaction. We value our customers and our feedback score so if you have any issues with your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

We send using Royal mail for smaller items and DPD Local or Parcelforce for larger, heavier items.  Shipping options are shown on each listing giving clear delivery times.

Please include your e-mail address and daytime contact telephone number with your order.  

We are able to ship to most countries but as shipping costs can vary considerably we recommend you contact us for a shipping estimate prior to placing your order.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is included in our prices.  

We will always inform you about the status of your order as it changes. 

We will not pass on any of your personal details to third parties.

If your goods have been damaged in transit, you should retain the packaging and inform us within 72 hours of receipt, giving as much information as possible.  

All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a full refund will be given. 

If the goods were faulty in manufacture or incorrectly supplied we will give a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. A store credit will be offered for anything outside this period. 

If within 30 days of receiving your parts you decide they are no longer required, open a return item case on Ebay. Parts must be returned in their original undamaged packaging for a full refund. No refund will be possible without an open ebay return case.
