What can this be used for?
-Suited for BMX, fixed, fixies, track rear wheel chain tensioners.
-Will also suit axels thickness up to approximately 10mm axel diameter.

-Usually there are 2 on your bicycle to stop the rear wheel from sliding forward.
-Stop adjusting your fixies rear wheel nut with these chain tensioners.
-Once installed correctly, they will improve your bikes stability and reliability with little to low maintenance.

Installation
1. Just undo your rear wheel bolts.
2. Slide 1 chain tensioner on each side of the rear axel with the inwards bent tensioner facing inwards closest to the wheel. (They are supposed to be slightly bent to grip the back of the rear frame)
3. Un-do the chain tensioner nut, and slide the tensioner frame guides onto the rear of your frame.
4. Screw the tensioner nut onto the frame loosely.
5. Screw the wheel axle nuts over the tensioners and over the frame finger tight.
6. Screw the tensioners nut tight but not too tight. (Your chain is supposed to be a little loose, you should be able to lift the chain approximately 1-3cm up and down)
7. Once your wheel is straight and your chain has 1-2cm movement up and down, you can now go ahead and tighten your axel wheel nuts tight.
RE-CHECKS
1. Check that you have chain movement of approximately 1-2cm up and down.

2. Check that your rear wheel is straight.
3. Adjust the rear brakes (if you have rear brakes) so the rear wheel spins freely.

-Overall measurements are approximately width 30mm x length 45mm x thickness 10mm.
-Fits an axel thickness diameter up to approximately 15mm.

-2 x chain tensioners weighs approximately 21.8grams.
