US Priority Shipping: Priority 2-3 Business Days — Fast delivery and completely trackable from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.

US Express Shipping: 1-2 Business day (No PO Boxes) — If you absolutely must have it the next business day, then this is your option. Not available for P.O. box, APO/FPO, U.S. territory addresses.

International Worldwide

Economy International Shipping (14-30 Days) — This is a slow but guaranteed delivery option for international orders delivered to home or business addresses around the world. Unfortunately this option is not always trackable, however we offer a guaranteed service to all customers.

USPS Priority Mail International (7-14 Days) — Faster delivery and mostly trackable from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.

USPS Priority Mail Express International with tracking (3-7 Days) — If you need your order faster, then this is your option fully trackable and insured up to $100.00. Please remember these are business days not counting holidays, customs clearance, etc.

Cluburban.com is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Club urban cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance. We try to minimize the cost by listing the wholesale value of the goods rather than the retail value

* USPS changed their Tracking codes from an LJ to a UA number and since then all packages are being delayed more than usual, however eventually it get's delivered but it takes a little longer than usual. As a trusted eBay Seller we ask you to kindly wait until you receive your order.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) verified through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us but you do need to verify a few steps during the checkout process.

Your credit card will be charged once you Submit an order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Declined transactions are based on third-party authorization services.

We make sure that your payment is safely verified through PayPal Fraud Management System. The cardholder's billing address must match with the Bank account associated in order for the transaction to process. .

If the PayPal address is different than the Shipping address, and no special instructions have been provided, Apparel Zoo will send the order to the address provided on the Order Form. We cannot Cancel Payment once an Order has Shipped.

If you would like to cancel a purchase, please contact us before Shipment.

Credit Card Purchase can take 3 to 5 business days to transfer.

PayPal payments release funds back account within 24 hours.

Cyber Fraud: We verify the payment of each Order before Shipment. Our Fraud Department catches 99.9% of fraud orders before they are processed. Your information is always safe with us.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES:

Return an item

Before you request a return, check out our return policy in the eBay listing for return period and other information.

To return an item for a refund, replacement, or exchange:

Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return.

Package your goods properly. Any goods returned that is not in its original condition will not be accepted. Please write your name, your order number and the "RMA" number on the outside of your package to ensure correct and quick processing time. Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the package is posted correctly. Club Urban is not responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged or stolen while in transit back to us.

You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It's a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.

Once the item has been approved for resale, we will make any necessary changes to the order, issue refunds, store credits, exchanges, etc. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason simply purchase a new one and return the one you don't want and we will issue a full refund. Do not ship your item with a note to exchange it, because the item you want might be sold out or not available.

Please allow up to 4 days from the date your return is delivered to us and the Final Value Fee is credited back to our account for the refund to be issued.

You must pay for the shipping cost to return the item(s). If the item is being returned due to our error, you will be refunded for the original shipping charges incurred once we have received the returned goods and the item is inspected and approved for resale.

NOTE: International returns, please consider the return cost before sending the item back to us. In some cases Buyers have kept the item and resold or gave it away as a gift due to the shipping cost!
