This auction is for one clear quartz Vogel crystal. Brand new and unused.

They vary in weight from 8-10 grams each. And approx 4cm in length, no smaller and 1.5-2cm at the widest point.

These are genuine Vogel crystals, 12 facets, of a high grade. Excellent clarity.

Made from Brazilian clear quartz, carved in Brazil.

These crystals are mostly clear, but of course all gems and crystals will contain slight imperfections or wisps of some sort, but this will not detract from their overall look or use, making each piece unique.

Wands are good to hold when we need focus or clarity. Wands are also used in crystal healing to direct healing energy. The type of crystal you choose will also bring that particular crystal's properties. A wand pointed away from the body will tend to draw energy away and a wand or point pointed towards the body will tend to channel energy in. "Universal energy" rather than your own energy is focussed down the wand and through the point.

Please be aware, that Vogel crystals are considered to be very fragile when compared than other types of crystals, and so should be handled with care to avoid damage or breakage. If the crystals are knocked they can break easily.

For this reason they will be very well packaged when posted out.

Vogel wands are considered by many to be powerful healing tools. They are named after Marcel Vogel (1917-1991) who worked for IBM for 27 years. Once he left he continued his research into quartz crystals and focussed on their use in healing. He created the Vogel wands which taper down from a wider end to a narrower end, designed to create a diode effect and amplify and focus the healing energy as it reaches the tip.

Multiple purchases will always have postage combined.

This should be done automatically at the checkout, the dearest item will be charged at full postage and then all eligible items with a postage charge will be charged at just 20p per additional item. If for any reason this does not happen please do request an invoice so I can combine it for you. There are a few items exempt if very large or if being sent with tracked shipping.

I dispatch all items within 48hrs of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please remember to allow 5-7 days when sending an eCheque.

Items are sent via Royal Mail second class unless stated otherwise.

If you are making multiple purchases please do remember to request an invoice so I may combine shipping for you.

Sadly due to so many orders not arriving to mainland Europe I have had no choice but to upgrade the postage here to a tracked service.

Upon dispatch of your order a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the progress.

RETURNS and LOST/DAMAGED GOODS

Please do remember to leave feedback after receiving your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied do contact me, I will do everything in my power to rectify.

I try to be as accurate in my descriptions as possible and add images of exact items rather than stock images only, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase, I do accept returns for 14 days.

What to do.

Please message me first and let me know you wish to return or exchange the item. Or that your item did not arrive, or arrived damaged.

The item should be returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

The buyer will pay the post to return, and upon receipt a full refund will be issued, or a replacement if you prefer and available.

In the event of items arriving broken or damaged, all I ask is to upload me an image and I will send you either a full refund, or a replacement if available and preferred.

Lost goods will be resent if stock allows or a full refund given.

ABOUT THE CRYSTALS

I have worked with crystals since around the early 90s and is a great passion of mine, it brings me much satisfaction to send them out into the world and share them with you.

All the crystals and minerals are purchased within the UK from reputable suppliers. The source of the crystals is listed as much as possible.

The crystals are all very good quality. Any crystals arriving too small, or with too many imperfections are removed.

They are all stored in what has become affectionately known as the 'clean room'.

The room itself is cleansed regularly along with the rest of the house, but I do not cleanse the crystals unless requested as many users prefer to perform this themselves, much like myself.

All crystals are stored in a closed container of some sort to prevent dust and other damage occurring.

I am always looking to add new stock so if you are looking around for anything you can't find I'd love to hear from you. I am also very happy to make customised crystal sets, whether these be chakra sets, dream sets, protection sets or other types from either tumbled or rough natural crystals.
