This is US military black intermediate cold modular sleeping bag ,  SP0100-03-D-4047. made by Tennier Industries Inc.WATER RESISTANT, RIP STOP NYLON; FOR COLD WEATHER CLIMATES (30 TO MINUS 10 DEGREES);ADJUSTABLE HOOD; 85 TO 87 INCHES LONG; 34.5 TO 35.5 INCHES WIDE. small hole / SNAG on one side of  the liner, SOME DIRT ON THE SLEEPING BAG , broken loop ( photo no 3) as shown in the photos, hole does not go all the way through the sleeping bag.
